I have been offered this flag, and my main concern is the stitching wandering off the white disc. The paper tag looks to be period, so I am guessing this was looted from some supply depot. Any opinions welcome.

the thread wandering off the disc is from the stitchng of the disc other side,i have an original HJ wall banner that does the same,.imo i would not worry about it.
