I think 200 bucks is a fair price.......just think if you went to someone and asked them to make you a copy of one today.....it would cost more the 200 in materials and labour

This pennant was posted over at WAF & deemed to be a repro . By regulations these pennants were to have the same insignia (Icarus) on both sides .
The one posted here has the Icarus from the repro sports insignia sewed on it , also the roundel with the swas is not centered on the pennant as well as the Icarus is also sewn on crooked. Here is a link to that discussion.

If fake, that 'sux' like an Electrolux, but at least you didnt get burned for an even bigger amount.
I know, I know thats not much of a consolation, but if it had been a banner or huge flag, the damage might have been much much worse.
