What I can say is; my SA Standard is a early type predating the RZM standards( the walking swastika means it wasn't set to RZM standards)... it has no RZM markings. My SA Standard most likely 1934/35. My Ortgruppe is RZM marked(tagged) and meets the new standards. Does a static swastika mean early, typically yes...

My SA Standard is not static, but what I consider a .... walking swastika, in between both positions.
