Please tell me about your banner / flag edges

I brought this up in another thread for authenticating, but I think it would be helpful in general for us to know the frequency that that unadorned flag / banner edges are seamed / hemmed.

My example has stitched short edges (for hanging and probably resisting being wind whipped), but the long edges are left unstitched. There are rows of fine holes where the cloth was probably wound onto a bolt during fabrication. I have pictures of this in my other thread, but I don't think they are necessary for these purposes.

Could you please take a look at your banners and flags and please post a description of the edges, particularly the long edges?

I think this would add to the general body of knowledge of authentic items.
