Reich service flag

hi guys,

I need some help on this third reich service flag, I am looking forward to pay this flag but I noticed something : there is white line going around the Eagle instead of the black line as usual !! ,, any explanation? is this original or a fake?

Somethings can not always be accurately determined just from pictures. I also find the eagle on the first flag to have sloppy detail. Personally, from the images, I do not like this piece.

The eagle is not correct, in my opinion. Small detail variations might exist between different manufacturers, but this is a pretty significant one.

There is two flags because the " eagle" in the post #1 is not the same on the #2.

the first post is the flag that I am asking about, the second pic is for sowing the usual eagle on the flags .

You need better pictures from every details.
Blur pictures is not a good sign.
