I can't find a translation for Selbst Stutzpunkt so would appeciate any help!
The first word is abbreviated; spelt out, it's "Selbständiger Stützpunkt" [= i.e. an independent/autonomous local group/branch/office].
Stützpunkt is most commonly found in a military context meaning base, point of support, liaision office, outpost etc., but it is also found as an organizational/adminisitrative term. For example, a small NSDAP group even below Orts [town-] level was also referred to as a Stützpunkt.

Thanks for that Andreas. Schonau (Drzonowo) appears to be quite a small village when driving through on google earth street view.
Rgd's Mark.
