Hi all ..i saw this silk trumpet banner with embroidered eagle...any idea about it's originality? 15,5 x 15,5 inches

That bird has a curiously un-eagle like beak and looks rather like a fat pigeon.

Here is what I would expect it to look like. This is for the city of Ettlingen. This was posted on Johnny westhost. The fringe on yours is salty, your eagle looks fairly clean in comparison.

I would say fake, but not my field. So wait for more opinions.

The embroidery is typical of India/Pakistan, which would be completely impractical if used for an original trumpet banner. Also, when there are fixed loops at the top, the piece can't be a trumpet banner as there is no way to attach it to the trumpet--normal trumpet banners have either ties or buckled straps for connection to the trumpet.
