Small red 11 inch X 7 inch Nazi Flag with snaps. What do I have??

I have been collecting WWII US militaria for 50 years and in my searches I do come across other countries militaria such as this. This flag is 11 inches X 7 inches and has two well made metal snaps on one edge. I think it may of been for a car, but I am not sure. Any ideas from you brainiacs?

It's Possible that it was made for a vehicle, but if it was, it's Construction methods certainly wouldn't have allowed it to last very long. Still, a nice little pennant in any case!
