Unknown pennant - seeking opinions

Hello,
Have just acquired this pennant and would appreciate opinions. Have not been able to identify the unit/purpose. Any information will be most appreciated.
Size is 18" across the top and 24.5" length. Two button holes at ends of top. appears to be hand-made, not a production piece.

It looks like a swastika used by the Finnish Air Force but I'm just guessing here.

Whatever it is, I do not believe it has any connection to Nazi Germany. The construction, style of the swastika and the base color is not something found in Third Reich wimpels

I too would say Finnish , with the short arms on the cross and colours . Welcome to the forum .
