A dealer friend has just offered me this, I'm not sure any ideas if it's genuine... Size is approximately 6" x 9 and its definitely cotton or rayon.

I'm not a flag collector but it appears to be a German Veterans Association flag. I can't comment on authenticity. Is it double-sided? Swastika appears back to front. The workmanship appears quite poor. Here is a similar design:
