This is a nice pre-war patriotic plaque featuring a profile of Hitler above the motto "DIE VORAUSSETZUNG ZUR TAT IST DER WILLE UND DER MUT ZUR WAHRHAFTIGKEIT" which is above a swastika.
This roughly translates to "The requirement is the will to act and the courage to be truthful"
