Description: This cap came from a veteran of the 1st allied airborne I was told. ( I saw his photos but I didn't recognize the unit patch at the time ) he passed away 2003 and he brought this, and a Early DD M35 Heer helmet. This cap is a Size 62 officers artillery cap in mint shape, it was issued and lightly used and taken care of, the sweat band has fallen out but can be re attached using the original string that's still in it. So no damage to the cap. It has an embroid eagle and cockade. I will send more photos via email if contacted but I need to sell ASAP and only have these photos on me
