Description: Hello Gentlemen,
Here for sale a nice pair of issue Reitstiefel (cavalry boots) in good condition. Were found in eastern France (Moselle area)
Good size, slightly shortened (cloth pull-in tabs period removed and remplaced with leather pull-in tabs, IMO made with experimental Reichswehr grey leather). Same as marching boots but with the leather tab at the rear for spurs. Leather soft, with nails on the sole and U-shaped iron on the heel (marked 18L and 18R). 1cm of stitching broken at the rear but no big deal.
A good opportunity to grab an issue pair of boots that was even used within the Infanterie (as they used horses).
