Description: Hello. Here we have a nice German Kriegsmarine Wehrpas with original dogtag attached inside the back cover. He was a Minesweeper as per his early named tag and marked MS. This tag is famous due to it being featured in the Angolia volume 3 on 'Uniform's and Tradition's of the Kriegsmarine' on page 164 i think. They show it as a comparison to the later tag's marked Kriegsmarine with no name but only number and spec duty along with blood group and year joined up. If you look at the pic's you can clearly see where the tag has been resting against the inside of the book since the war. I bought this from Victory Militaria last year for asking price.Thankyou and good luck!!
