    Description: Two citations to a sailor. The first citation bears the signature of future Vizeadmiral Hans-Erich Voß who went on to command the Prinz Eugen before serving at FHQ as an OKM representative.
    The KvK II Kl mit Schwertern citation bears the signature of Admiral (future Generaladmiral) Otto Schniewind who won the Knights Cross in April 1940.
    Condition - as seen in the scans
