Believe it or not, there are actually people who could restore the engine for a cost, but only time will tell whether or not that engine can run again.

Hopefully, that will be the case. A nice running Jagdpanzer. Lovely.

Very interesting restoration , do you know where the FlakPanzer was originally recovered from ?
The gates of hell were opened and we accepted the invitation to enter" 26/880 Lance Sgt, Edward Dyke. 26th Bn Northumberland Fusiliers , ( 3rd Tyneside Irish )

Thought shall be the harder , heart the keener,
Courage the greater as our strength faileth.
Here lies our leader ,in the dust of his greatness.
Who leaves him now , be damned forever.
We who are old now shall not leave this Battle,
But lie at his feet , in the dust with our leader

Our first video for 2018 is out! We're slowly gearing back up to disassemble more stuff while rebuilding some of the small stuff: https://youtu.be/yt547MfaZQc

First of all.. why is that guy wearing my restoration T/shirt?

Also, at the end, he said "see you in a couple of weeks"

A couple of weeks! I can't live that long with out a update.

Great video, love the seat restoration, well done that man

Would this type of seat have been used in the big cats? (Tiger/Panther?).

    Was it standard?

Thanks again for letting us a have a peep at a fine restoration, love it!

Not sure if the seat was standard, and you're welcome as always! I too wish we could update more often, but the last couple work sessions have been for cleaning up. You don't reaally want to watch us walking around carrying books and other bits and bobs from shelf to shelf do you?

If anyone on here has something specific that they want to see in the video, let me know and I'll see what can be done.
