    Examine them closely to see if you can find an FL# stamped into the metal...that would tell us if it's an Airplane Part..."Anschluss fur Zunderleitung" translates to "Port for Ignition"...

    I have a nagging suspicion that this may be part of a Rocket-Powered Assisted Take-Off, used on heavily-laden Transport Aircraft to help them get off the ground...Just my speculation, friend...
