Is this from a luftwaffe Jet ???

Hi guys
Just saw this on a local trade site and thought I would put it to the forum.
Guy is saying it come from an old aircraft, how old he dosnt know.
Ive delt with loads of aircraft parts before but this one has me stumped.
There should be loads more stamps and markings on this if it were German.
Any takers ??

It's a combustion chamber out of a jet engine but from something like a Vampire or Meteor. German engines were axial flow without these chambers.

That '2' looks a bit Soviet to me. Could be from a Klimov VK-1, out of the MIG-15?

Although not German still a cool part of aviation history.

Just made it part of my collection so, not my usual field of collecting post war jet parts but hey its better to go to a collector than to the dump
