    Hi all,

    I've just bought this rather heavy item (1.1kg), and I can't for the life of me, work out what it is. I'm 99.9% certain that it's a belt loading tool, and initially thought it was a German MG42 type. But on closer inspection, I've now got doubts.

    Can anyone say for certain what it is, and which country it originates.
