Very nice finds,the rifle bolt you found is from a Italian Carcano rifle.

I Would think its more likely this is a Mannlicher M1893 or M1904, 7.92mm bolt and trigger guard.

The bolt i found has a curved handle and the 1904 has a straight i think. But what would a m1893 do there? where they used by the germans?
Looks much like the carcano bolt though, but maybe they where all similar.

The other rifles mentioned have the safety lever very near the end of the bolt,the carcano safety is well forward as shown.However i do not wish to argue the point,so it can be whatever somebody wants it to be.

My guess with this one as well - .30 Carbine.

The left hand cartridge is indeed a 30cal, specifically used in the M1 carbine. The other one is a 7.92 German round made in 1936
