I have seen those fins some where before. I can't recall. The blade looking thing looks like Helicopter parts.

THe first item looks like the fins for an aerial bomb. The second item might be the rear stabilizing rotor from a helicoptor? Is there anything left inside it? From what I've read, the filler of the blades looked like a honeycomb, so the rotor had the lightness and strength. The last item looks like an unused artillery fuse, the back plate says remove before firing. Not sure what size piece would have used this, I don't know alot about arillery. Hope this helps a little.

I thought exactly the same things as jet1 - see SOG history book.
If so, very rare and cool collectable.
Dropped from a chopper, fins guided it, until it stuck into the ground, where it would broadcast sounds of vehicle movement that could then be targeted by aerial bombing.

Other electronic methods of interdicting the Ho Chi Minh Trail included the Acoubuoy, (camouflaged and floated down by parachute), the Spikebuoy (stuck in the ground like a lawn dart with the antenna camouflaged to resemble weeds) and the ADSID (resembling a Spikebouy but smaller — the most widely used sensor).

Doesn't look like your one, though.
