Hi Guys, I have just read on a UK forum that Jacques Littlefield has passed away suddenly today.

I cannot add any more details.

My condolences to all his family and friends.

I know how many of you have followed the restoration of his Panther tank like myself with great interest. Jacques and his Panther have featured on a documentary about the restoration, which has only just been completed.

    Cheers, Ade

I am extremely saddened by this news. Jacques was a hero to me for both his amazing collection and his desire and willingness to share his interest with the world. He will be sorely missed.

Wow, this is a total shock of his death. Portola valley is approx. 32 miles from where i live and i never got to see his personal collection as a personal friend of mine has. My friend to whom i work with explained that his collection was in a special built building to house all his military toys and would make everyone of us on this forum salivate/drool.

I am surprised that being a local person to where he lives that i never got the news till now.

I'm totally sadden of his death and hopefully my dreams of visiting his collection will not die with his passing.

thx. ade for the post. Ty

Ade it may be an idea to lock this thread, I keep getting spam mails relating to this topic.
