Soviet m3 lee turret in Latvia???

Hello a local museum here in Latvia contains what looks like a m3 lee turret from a leand lease m3 lee.

Only thing I remember the russians said regarding the m3 lee was that it was a
“A grave for Seven Brothers”

Pretty cool regardless though. The late model is-2 also looks cool.
