It may be part of a US base. Ive been to bases in california where they had WWII tanks there, except they wernt just siting there. They were being used for Artillery target practice! (there are some stuff the military has done that it hard to believe).

id say france considering the last tank has paris written on it......the photos look quite old and these tanks could already be cut up.
i read somwhere that armoured vehicles laying around france after the war were assigned to certain scrap yards with a number
