    This was another first and in the end spent 3 days discovering all sorts of stuff the Americans had left behind.
    plenty of 70yr old live amunition .36-06 singles, M1 Grand clips full and Springfield clips, 4 Mk1 Grenades (1 empty and 3 still live-which have since been diffused), M1A1 Pressure Device Bobby Traps, Mortar carrying bases, 1x Dog Tag and other little pieces

    WOW!!! Those are some great items you are digging up. I really like the M1A1 Pressure Device Bobby Trap. Finging those live grenades must put a little pucker in the sphincter.

    Hey Phil, i wasnt lucky enough to detect and dig the nades. i just came up and took a photo. But the 2nd person digging the 2nd nade knocked the ring off the nade and there were some bodies moving pretty quickly. i decided to put myself a safe distance from the nades when one of my mates started tapping them with a knife. I also didnt travel in the car with the nades in.
