New to the forum, new to helmet collecting, but not new to Germania collecting. Great post!

Exactly the information I was looking for! An excellent introduction for a total beginner like myself.
Can anyone advise where to "look" for these items? I'm based in the UK so some idea of fairs etc would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!

the helmet shell yes , the paint and decal are not authentic. The liner is good but post war used and dyed red by the Norwegians. Before the grey overpaint it probably was a good Norwegian post war green painted army helmet judging by the paint color under the leather.
