As said, it is no good, a modern fabrication on original steel. Leon.
A quick Google image search shows this same helmet for sale on several sites. The sellers various nom de plumes are Apollo13, Hornblower44, Kaspian1939, & others. This is Pawel Nowak. Not only is the helmet a dud, but the clown wouldn't even have it in his possession.
