It looks like a "Q" shell with a decal that appears to have characteristics of a second pattern type. I'm not liking it at all.

Sure looks to have the decal placed over an already pitted shell, unfortunately.

I agree with Glenn, with the amount of rust pitting on that shell a real decal would just be a few dots of white here and there.
