German writing inside Helmet

Can anyone make out what this says? All I can make out is what looks to be "SS Uscha". It's scratched inside an M40 helmet.

Please post more photos, but I have to say that I really don't like what I see. Is this writing on the dome? It's not typical of what should be seen on a named helmet, and it looks like it was written over the rust.
