the grey border looks conspiciously good and it seems to raise from the shell. I'd pass up on it.
No, forget it. They usually look like this after scrubbing and heavy cleaning, but this one is bad. You can see that the decal is put over rust holes.
Agree it's a bad one ,prep has been done before putting th fake decal on and wearing it !!
