It's the round bottom fake ET copy with matching party decal, plain and simple. Search this one out, the same decals on Danmarks fake Holger Danske SS helmet, and GHW2 has one in the fake SS decal section there. WAF has millions of these fakes posted in countless Is it real threads. Tell your buddy to get his money back.

The small jog on the right break - to the right, and round bottom, both on the shield border are 2 of the simple visual clues to readily identify this one. Case closed!

Glenn I have to completely and respectfully disagree. Decals do not age like they've been beat with a chain nor do they get sandpaper marks (look at the closeup of the SS decal) on them. The helmet has terrible photos with flash glare, no chance to see proper paint wear, etc. This will fool only those who want to believe it. Look past the phony paint, decals and aging. It sticks out like a sore thumb then.
