Is the second helmet a size 60, or you just have one huge arm??

Article about: Hi, i have this HKP M42 Helmet, on WAF they said the decal wasn't good, but what about the rest? Finnish, liner, rivets, leather, Domestamp?? Are these original? Really want to know. Thanks
