As stated in a previous post, HD = Holger Danske.! The danish resistance would never have worn this helmet with ss runes.! Actually used to own a captured m40 HD helmet, with decals scratched of, and replaced with small paper flags, applied to both sides.!
Any photos of that one lammy?

Under the circumstances, couldn't it just as well be Harley Davidson rather than Holger Danske...????
