Euh....It seems the SS is not on the good side.
In France we have not many French SS who came back with their helmets. Perhaps a fake, look the leather inside. heir is something on it like artificial dust.
5 years ago, I saw the same with the Indian Tiger on ebay de.

The liner appears scrubbed and artificially aged to me...I can't judge the decals. These are notorious for being widely faked...

I'd say this one is as fake as the day is long.

I wouldn't go for it personally. The liner and strap look bad, and the SS decal does not sit right with me for a good Pocher, which it should be as it would be field applied. It seems to have been scrubbed to hide the details. I wonder if Doug has seen a good one of these.

From what I know the runes are on the opposite (left) side to normal with foreign volunteer lids so that is not such a worry in itself. Tread carefully.

I agree that this is a fake, this is an ET shell and does'nt even have an ET SS decal??The liner looks to have been messed with and i'm not keen on the chinstrap either.RUN FOREST RUN!

Looks like it was faked by the same person that did that Spanish Blue Division helmet that was posted a few days ago...

Stay away from all of these so called French SS lids, never seen a good one and doubt we ever will.
