Josh, I know its shutting the gate after the horse has bolted, but if your going down the SS helmet market its more than advisable to post piccys of any future purchases here, and don't rely on photos only ,especially from Flea bay in fact unless its from a very reputable dealer any helmet should be examined in hand and for peace of mind on here, I'm glad your getting a refund, good luck in the future

That is an M40 helmet if im not wrong?
