Hi, the shell and liner look OK, the decal looks like a ET, what is the maker mark?

Decal looks heavily scrubbed.....But a close up pics of the decal is needed.

Well do we ever tell them how much we really pay? Plus they always tell us the new shoes or handbag were "on sale"!!

As Blackdog said, it is an ET style decal so the helmet should be an ET.

The bottom of the runes do appear to end right below the break and the break also appears to be less sharp as expected. I'm not sure about the bottom but it does look like there was a "point" That said, the quality of the pictures leave much to be desired and the fact that the decal is "worn" at all the areas that need to be reviewed at make it very difficult to be sure for me. There might also be other signs that I am missing.

I am not extremely well versed in SS decals so please wait do not rely on my comments. Others will be along with more knowledge than me on the decal. But I think they will need a clear straight on close up to really be able to provide any opinion. Is there anyway you can get that?

As far as price? I would compare similar M42 examples from some of the major dealers. If you are buying privately, knock off 25% or so. Helmet sales are slow right now...or so I am told. But it is all about the condition of the decal with SS helmets. Check out these dealers (post #4)

My wife is pregnant.

I live 900 km from Rio de Janeiro
we Brazilians do not agree with these events in Brazil nowadays.
The country is in crisis, poor education, lack hospitals, lack security and surplus corruption
We pay taxes too, and we have no advantages.

But it's a beautiful event,
even imagine going in a better Brazil
