Definitely not a Quist SS decal. I'll let others comment on what it is... but i'm not getting a good feeling...

Nick is "bang on", that is no Quist runic decal, the shield/rune relationship is nowhere near. More like a fake aged Pocher, i have not looked at the party shield to closely. Leon.
