110% fake. Looks like it could be a Norwegian lid that has been altered.

Sad. The guy has used repro decals, but put them in the same area
Norwegian ones are placed. Definitely an amateur who has no idea
where they should go. The helmet wouldn't look too bad
if the decals were in their correct position.........!

As others have stated a terrible fake.

Pick up a copy of Kelly Hicks updated edition "SS steel". Its a great book and I highly recommend it if your in the market for an SS helmet, good luck.
