Relic SS helmet real or fake?

Hi all reserved this relic SS helmet, been after a real legit one for many years, just wondered if anyone had any opinions on its authenticity(?) thanks in advance

There are both possibilities that this one is good or bad; its not hard to grind down a fake decal like this. On the other hand; why? Why bother with a shell like this?
It does look ok but IMO there is no reason to pursue a helmet like this (unless it was an personal find).
