Tom I think your better off going to the local casino and dropping $50 on 32 black personally.

Just looked at his helmet offerings and at least 5 -6 easy to spot fake SS, camo, medic relics. No decal closeups. Period photos interspersed among his items to get that "desire" flowing. Humped up descriptions;

"Quite possibly an Allgemeine-SS Helmet with concentration camp unit ties."

What a load of crock 'n bull. Anyplace that puts complete and utter nonsensical speculation like that in a serious sell tag cannot be trusted, in my books. Love the bible verses flowing across the top as well. Gives it that "honest John" feel.

This site screams Stay Away to me.

Sorry for mentioning the site Gents. I dont know how to spot real from fake with these things but I thought I would share it incase they were in fact original relics.

Hi,really hard to tell from these pictures but the party shield looks to be to rounded on the breaks of the shield for my likeing,the edges do not look sharp enough,the SS runes do however look better and like pocher's.I can't see any scrubbing around the decals which is good but i am not convinced by that party shield as of yet,do you know where it was recoverd from? Leon.

Well i'm not supprised this has turned out to be a crock "o" sheets!(Save your money"as i'm sure you already have!") Good to know i'm even learning to spot the odd duffer, Leon.

No need to apologize Patrick. He has some fine other relics but he is knowingly selling fakes or he himself is being taken to the cleaners and passing the dirty laundry on to trusting collectors. I hope the later but the way the site reads and looks I fear the former.

As an example of how this guy is fleshing out the story with all his relics to give every one a sexy story is his shield from the Panzerschreck recovered at Stalingrad , yet the Panzerschreck wasn't introduced until 1943 !!!

I have only read comments on page 1 but this is as fake as they come! I see decal in spots where there should not be decal remains. Especially on the "SS" decal. On a relic helmet there should not be decal remains in the indention's/pitting.

This bloke is truly unbelievable but i suppose what is even more unbelievable is that people are actually buying this fake crap and all his made up stories.

How lucky he is that all these very rusty / destroyed helmets have managed to retain all their SS decals !! Some wonderful fake Erkennungsmark as well and everything from a nice sexy Battlefield not some god forsaken spot in the middle of the steppe !!!
