SS helmet fake? Please help!

I had bought this I said a little while ago but it was a few years ago. I thought to myself how could someone fake this. But then I found out about sites like this and all the help people can give and it really shows and helps on what's real or not. So after a bunch of research and looking at pics I became very lerry of the helmet. I don't know much about SS stuff so I tend to stay away from it. And the more I'm getting into collecting the more I'm seeing alot of fakes out there
