SS helmet,weird type

Sorry for writing in old topic but i am really suprised that i find that type of helmet in Croatia,why ?? They were only in Germany???? It is not repainted for croatian ww2 army,it is black.I cannot put it enywhere...

yugoslavia never used german helmets for fire use.

Andy is right, it is an RZM. Look at the position of the hole for the front split pin in relation to the un stepped vent lug. Jim G.

to me is most interesting how it get to former yugoslavia.. do the SS officers carry they complete stuff autside germany in ww2? parade uniforms and helmets???
