    The helmet was found approx a week or two ago, the guy who found it just keep it in water to remove the soil which is glued to the helmet

    I do not own that one, due to I collect only good condition items. But probably one of our members will get it soon, and by his wish I will look what I can do with that helmet

    Thought i'd bring this one back up as it lives with me now and is still as solid as the day Robo found it !!

    Would love to have this one under the scope. Would love to see what the decal looks like after being buried for 70 years. Would make a great study.

    It is an excellent example of how a Helmet can be attacked by the elements , soil content etc etc and yet the decal can still survive !!

    Yes it is. I am not a big fan on relics, but this is one of the very few examples I like. I wouldn't mind owning this one.
