Hello Jay very important to always get the helmet details like maker and lot number.
This will help you (and others) determine if the design of the decal is correct for that maker and will also help to determine if the helmet should have a decal (in case of M42 and Q M40's).
This one is not good.

Yup this is a bad one. The "whiteness" of an SS decal has very little to do with originality gents. This one has print flaws, construction flaws and is graphically challenged but the biggest thing nobody spoke of is the forced wear on the decal itself. This decal style it is imitating is also rarely if ever found on this shell type in this configuration as well, there are clear decal to shell relationships one must know and understand with SS helmets as well.
