Waffen SS DD Helmet

Hi all

I have won this helmet at an auction in France and would like to know what the forum think of it, the pictures are what I got from the auction before it ended.

Any help will be greatly appreciated and if legitimate what would it be worth in this condition.

Seems a hkp shel inside i see ET mark, didnt compare with airvent

Hkp didnt produced SS helmets

More likely this one is messed up

Hi I could not say from these images if it is an original SS helmet, but the decals that are there seem to be applied on top of some others. This did happen but would make me ask for much better images before committing to a purchase as the law of averages would say that it is a messed with semi-relic. Leon.
