Glenn, looks like an unmarked Wilhelm Deumer, Lüdenscheid to me - but I can't be 100% sure on that


Here is my only Spange (sadly I own no EKII Spange yet - but wanted to contribute something), an early unmarked buntmetall EKI Spange probably made by a Lüdenscheid based manufacturer (this is the only known example of this particular Spange):
