    Personally, I like this set. It looks to be unissued with full frosting still present-possibly a Mayer?

    then my uncle, who fought in Italy, France, Germany and ended up in Munich, his C27 with waffenamt WAA76 and german proof eagle, my 2 RKs, armband label, Rks, these are authentic, but my uncle's spanges are fake??

    Looks like time has just froze with this item, it looks the same as it did 70-80 years ago.
    What a excellent family item you have.

    eyes this one looks like a B.H. Mayer made piece.
