1939 Spange zum Eisernen Kreuzes 2er Klasse 1914 Help
Hi Guys,
I found this Spangen at an antique store today and I was wonder if anyone can tell me if its a war time piece. This was the only picture I could get and I know its not great. I did get a look at the reverse and as best as I could tell it is marked L/4 and the prongs are soldered into a recess or cutout. I don't ever remember seeing or reading about an L/4 marked Spangen but my eyes aren't the best in low light so I could be wrong. It appears to be an unissued piece but unfortunately one of the prongs are broken. Anyway the price wasn't bad so if its good I might grab it if its good.
Thanks!
Kirby

Hi Ralph,
It probably explains the good price.
I will let this one go and move on.
Thanks for the help!

Kirby,
Agree with Ralph, the head looks all wrong.
Here is another to compare to. It's an L11/ Deumer.
EK2 Spange L/11 Deumer
