'23' with Meybauer core on the left. The second one doesn't look good to me, but wait for more comments.

Nick is right the first cross unmarked 23 Meybauer 1 type core
The second cross a so called "8 " variant (not 8 manufacturer) the fantasy name "8" variant

For me this is a 22 but still not sure about the other being a 23

I looked wrong,Because of the swastika because both pieces are thick
