Best EK and spange reference book?

Article about: by Adrian I believe the EK2 book is out this year? As for the Spange, perhaps the Iron Time (2nd edition) is worth a look. As Adrian has said, this is indeed the book to have.......for both

Default Best EK and spange reference book?

    Hello forum!

I am hoping to get some advice on the best reference books regarding EK 1&2 and the Ek1 & 2 spange. As I expand my collect I'd like to get some examples of spanges and as always I prefer to have some reference material on hand while i make my purchase decisions.

Maerz has his book on the EK1 is there something similar in quality for the EK2 and spange?

    thanks in advance!

Yeah, I saw that one too but i don't have the experience to make an instant purchase decision thats why i'm looking for reference material. Anyways, I have time on my hands, no rush, just need to do alot of research first so I know what i'm looking at.

Yes indeed, i just need a minty example of each grade (the EK2 on ribbon of course) and then I can mount them alongside my minty EK1, EK2 and EK2 Schinkel plus the 1st pattern, magnetic core 1957 RK I have on hold and will be picking up during my trip to the US next month and I reckon I'll have a pretty snazzy looking display.
